Being one of the leading rubber compounders, Saiko Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd (”Saiko Rubber”) relies heavily on research and development to further improve its market share and to maintain its position in the technical rubber industry.

For this reason, Saiko Rubber has a highly dedicated technical team headed by its Japanese Technical Director, and a team of experienced technical personnel to serve its customers.

In its well-equipped modern laboratory, there houses internal lab ‘banbury’ type mixer, lab roll-mill, high technology testing equipments such as carbon dispersion checker, rheometer, mooney viscometer, tensometer, densimeter, hardness tester, and oven for ageing test.

Customers’ rubber masterbatch or rubber compound can be tested and verified to ensure the consistency of quality products in order to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements.

Throughout the years, many new formulations, be it for injection, extrusion, compression or transfer moulding, are being developed for a wide spectrum of application, from automotives, office automation, electrical and electronic parts to building and engineering.
