About Saiko
Saiko Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd (“Saiko Rubber”) was incorporated in 1990. A Joint venture between a Malaysian rubber compound manufacturer, Rahang Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd and a Japanese synthetic rubber and rubber chemical distributor, Kato Sansho Co Ltd.
Founded in 1909, Kato Sansho has maintained its high position in Japan’s rubber and chemical industry. Its subsidiary, Saiko Gomu is one of the most prominent rubber compounders in Japan due to its long acquired technology and highly skilled workers.
The formation of Saiko Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd is an indication of the company as a dominant producer and supplier of high technology rubber masterbatch and compound with expertise and technology transfer from its Japanese partner.

It is our aim to be the foremost supplier of rubber masterbatch and compound of the highest quality in South East Asia, if not Asia. Saiko Rubber has already established itself as the top technical rubber compounder in Malaysia.
Our primary business goal
It is our primary goal to maximize efficiencies and provide value added services to our customers. Customers will benefit from the combined resources and expertise of the two holding companies which truly represents a synergism of talents coupled with a more efficient and wider range of products and services.
With a new factory on site and bigger facilities by year end 2009, Saiko Rubber strives to improve its quality further. The expansion will also serve as a stepping stone for Saiko Rubber to penetrate into other untapped regions.
